Master Schedule Audits

A schedule audit can be used separately or to supplement the scheduling workshops. In the schedule audit, Creative Leadership Solutions would work with the school or district to determine audit parameters during a consultation meeting. Schedule audits can be used for any of the following: 

• Examining schedules for efficiencies in time 

• Examining schedules for issues of equity through course conflicts or allocation of time and resources 

• Examining schedules for Staffing efficiencies 

• Analyzing schedules to make recommendations for improvements based on district or school goals and outcomes 

• Analyzing schedules and making recommendations for upcoming initiatives
