Practices in Education

One of the challenges with research in education is what most do not admit: Education is messy. Every school and district has their own contexts, challenges, values and degrees of support. What works in your school based on the population of students you serve? Are Tier 1 strategies and supports for enrichment proving successful? Are your students both growing and achieving in the metrics that matter most to you? These local contexts/practices in education are important considerations when working to create a model that works to connect both research-based best practice approaches and local strategies that resound with the students being served at the local level.
